1.  The volume of the playback in a DAISY audio book is far too low 
for comfortable listening, even at the loudest setting I can achieve 
on my mPower.  I hope this can be fixed soon.

2.  When you close a DAISY audio book, KeySoft does not remember where 
you stopped when you resume reading later.  Reopening the book starts 
you at the beginning again.  You can define a place marker to keep 
your place, but  DAISY players for years have been able to resume 
where you stopped without having to set a bookmark, and surely the 
knowledge exists in the software engineers in the Visuaide component 
of HumanWare to write the software to keep track of where you stopped 
listening to a DAISY book.  I am surprised to find this feature 
lacking in the KeySoft implementation of DAISY when it is so common in 
other implementations in Victor players.
