is useful whatever kind of problem you are having. For example:
I've put the NK.bin file and product key on the SD card, after
checking it's formatted to FAT16.
then I hold dots 4 and 5 and press reset.
The unit beeps once but nothing else happens.
It's always a good idea to describe:
1) what you're trying to do (upgrade from 7.01 to 7.2)
2) the steps you take (e.g. put in SD card, attach AC power, and
so on)
3) what happens, and what you expected to happen. (it beeps but
does
nothing else - I thought it would have an "upgrading" message on
the
braille display)
