The actual unit is MB (Megabyte). Speaking of units, here is the
explanation:
KB: this unit stands for Kilobytes, about 1000 characters.
MB: this unit stands for Megabytes, and it is around 1 million characters.
GB: this unit stands for Gigabyte, and it is around 1 billion characters.
So, in this instance, the card's size must be less than 512 MB (around 500
million characters or less).
