Oh, sure, I do indeed understand where you are coming from, and was kind of surprised about the case being unsnapped myself. And, now that I think on things a little further, although I must admit to not doing really much more when I sent my unit to HW, I did put a couple of plastic bags on top of the unit, although I don't know if that helped it much from being bounced around. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gail Bryant" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]>; "Braillenote list" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, September 21, 2006 7:30 AM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] a couple of questions after receiving mPowerback from HW/was A Coupleof Questions
My unit was indeed well packaged, and for that I'm truly blessed. If something happened during transit then maybe we might need o think of how to make a more secure fastener for thecases or something. My intent is not, of course, to find fault. But when you pay the kind of money we pay for this equipment, unsnapped cases aren't cool. >Hi Gail and All, > >First, I'm writing to you and the list, so you'll likely get two copies of >this message.
