Jose, that's what it does. It goes to 100 percent, then up to
about 7 percent. You need to wait to hear that the download of
7.2 is complete.

Jose, I remember sending you exact instructions on upgrading. I
don't believe the file can be emailed to you, it is a very large
file. When you say it won't download, what steps are you taking
