Actually, Karen, the guy may indeed be having trouble unsubbing.
There are many reasons for this, one might be that his ISP is not
allowing the confirmation message to get through. There's a lot of
that kind of blocking going on these days. Many ISP's are using spam
filters like spamcop and they block everything and anything. Spamcop
is notorious in not paying attention to complaints made by legitimate
email senders. One might be that
he has difficulty in typing accurately. One might be that he has
difficulty understanding the instructions at the bottom of the email.
English is his second language.
So, guys, before you start criticizing and yelling at somebody to read
the message at the bottom of the email. Find out what this guy has
done in order to unsubscribe. You know what happens to people who
assume?
