No, Jose, this is not acceptable. Sit down, take your time, and write
carefully what has happened. What you say here is not helpful.
Please answer the following questions.
1. What format are you downloading from Bookshare?
2. Are you logged in when you download these books?
3. After you disconnect from Bookshare, what do you do in order to
play your DAISY book? Tell us everything you do, one step at a
time.
4. When you unpack the book, does it ask you for your password? If
so, what happens after you type it in?
5. If you get passed the password authentication, What happens next?
Please write down exactly what happens. General terms like "It won't
play." do not help at all.
