Alex,
If you create a network with domain configuration, yes, it will allow you to
setup your PC as a server. Actually, Windows CE 5.0 does support up to 32000
processes.

That V-mPower: is that something you have heard about? It would not surprise
me--Windows CE 6 is coming out in several months and will support up to 2 GB
of RAM, and CE 7 (late next year or the year after) will support not the
current 32 processes at once, but 32,000 processes at once. That and all the
new technology (the 30 nanometer flash that will allow for a 64 GB CF card)
will almost certainly prompt a new BN, or at the very least a new
motherboard.
