I've had no problems moving files from the classic running 6.11 that work purchased for me to my mPower or PK running KeySoft 7.2.
As for the incremental backup, according to 15.1.2 in the mPower manual, guess you are going to get asked about replacing at least some files, specifically at least the KeySoft.KSD file in the dictionaries folder. So, maybe the advantage to the incremental backup is that only the files that have been modified get copied, thus saving the time it takes to backup? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rhonda Clark" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, September 24, 2006 6:51 PM Subject: re: [Braillenote] Two backup questions Alex, some people say no, that you cannot use mPower files on a 6.11. I didn't have any difficulties. As far as your incremental backup question, I don't know why you would need to replace files. Like you, I thought with incremental backups, you didn't need to.
