This promotion is aimed at Classic owners, and gives them the choice
between a new machine, and a new machine with an old Braille display. I
bought my BN in 2000. Suppose I transplant to an Mpower and my Braille
display dies a week later? It's just a choice, you don't have to take
it.

Don't any of you forget that it was Humanware who did this in the first
place years ago when the BN first came out offering trade-ins on FS
products. There is nothing sleazy about it, it's called business. No
one will hold a gun to anyone's head to take advantage of it. It is a
great opportunity for anyone who purchased a BN and wished they had
purchased a PacMate. There are some people in this position as there
are the opposite.

I think with this ploy by FS they are taking advantage of the fear
factor with Jonathan leaving HW. What better time to do this than to do
it now when people are feeling unsure? Pretty sleazy business practices
in my book.
