Hello!
I think your unit is in the compatibility mode where some keys and key
combinations are operating similar to those of the Braille and Speak. You
need to get your machine out of that mode and you will again have the block
commands menu as they should be. You would go into the utilities menu, look
for miscellaneous options and press enter. You will see various options
including compatibility mode, currently on. While pointed to that option,
type f to turn it off or n to turn it on. You should type F to turn it off.
Exit out and you should be good to go.

Subject: [Braillenote] Trouble getting to Block Commands
I'm using a BrailleNote mpower BT, and for some reason whenever I try to
access the Block Commands menu using Space with B as instructed in the
manual, the BN acts like I pushed the backspace key and erases the
character in front of the cursor. Has this happened to anyone else? How
do I fix this problem?
