Let me just say this. Fs and Hw are both fantastic companies that create
excellent products for the blind and low vision. They just have different
ideas on there products, which causes disagreement. Me personally, I'm
getting the pac mate because there are more opprotunities, but the braille
note is an absolutely fantastic piece of equipment. As has been said before,
both products are excellent, but it's really the type of person you are that
determines what you chose in the long run, so don't criticize someone if
they get something different than you. Not that anyone was doing that. Haha.

I am deeply concerned that someone referred to FREEDOM SCIENTIFIC AND ITS
PRODUCTS AS "THE ENEMY" and Jonathan as a "traitor in an extremely
negative message which was posted to the list several weeks ago. This
type of limited and biased ranting about any product or service may
directly cause others not to investigate or ultimately purchase alternative
products or services which could significantly increase or enrich their
professional, domestic, social or mobility interdependence!
I also think that one of the friction creating factors on this list is
that several people continually attempt to change the technical opinions
and preferences of those who don't meekly fall into line and heartily
agree with policies and practices other than those they repeatedly and
vehemently express! To my mind, such dogmatic and politically incorrect
writing smacks of emotional, psychological, and technological terrorism!
