Hello Ann,
What you want to do, is go to the main menu, press f for the file manager, then c for copy. It will ask for the drive, press k for the keysoft system disk, it will then ask for the folder, you will want to arrow or space down until you see manuals, press enter, it will ask you which file to copy, you will want to press space with x to make sure you get all files, then space with dots 35 and it will ask for the folder and drive to copy to, select the manuals folder on the flash disk, and it will copy them, then you should be good to go.
