If not, Try performing a reset while your PK is connected to your pc with
the USB connection.

Hi, I am trying to connect my new PK with my computer but am having no
luck.
I have tried the cereal adapter and the usb cable but can't get connected

active Sink. I do not have blue tooth on my computer so can't use that.
Does
anyone have any ideas of what I could do? I would like to get my contacts
and planner over from my computer to the PK. I am using active Sink 3.7
and
my PK is running keysoft 7.0.
