Paul you can simply go into your Braille Note's document on the Bn Press space s. and at the file name press backspace x. It will ask, "save in a Braille Document? Keep pressing the backspace x file until you get to the ms word format press enter. The Bn will ask "Open the new document after saving?" You can press y or n and that's it. I have been doing this a lot lately because the Braille Note was having quite a problem with formats. We got it fixed by rebuilding the ksd file in the dictionary.
But that is another way you can do this.
You can also go into the options menu of the word processor and set any new documents to be in ms word format. That is what I have done as I constantly transfer stuff in and out of the Braille Note onto my pcs and vice versa.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] Word in Different Type

Good morning,

I have been typing out a long document in Word on the Braillenote and have
saved it as a *.doc file. I made a mistake once and saved it in KRF or the
format that I think is the default.

Of course when trying to open this doc on the PC in Word 2003 it will not.
How can I get the document back to a text or *.doc format.

Thank you!

Have a great day,

Paul Bolduc
