They do indeed - but some of us can't afford that kind of subscription price . . ..

Thanks, though, Brian; you're right.

Subject: [Braillenote] Electronic UK Newspapers

Ottawa Canada

Dear Christopher and other UK readers:

Far as I know, in the UK you may obtain electronic editions of at
least selected newspapers from:

TNAUK The Talking Newspaper Authority of the United Kingdom.

I believe they have papers like:

The Economist
The Times
The Financial Times
The Manchester guardian
The Scotsman

And I'm not certain if they have the scandal sheets (tabloids)
like:

The News Of The World!

Sorry I don't have contact information for TNAUK to hand. Just a
second, let me check with a subscriber!

Alas he is out! However I left him voice mail and hopefully he
will return my call this evening.

Not sure if the electronic editions include the entire text of
the ink print editions or are abridged. Here in Canada, some
electronic papers omit the tables of financial quotations for the
stock exchanges, bond and commodity markets and the Over The
Counter (Unlisted) stocks due to technical reasons.

I'm not certain if you're interested in the quality papers or the
tabloids that many people read but don't admit to reading!

Happy reading.

Brian
