Back to this discussion... Somehow, the book was downloaded to my PC with a
.zip extension. The unpack tool wouldn't recognize it.

Sharonda, if you're going to try to unpack the file on the PC instead
of the BN, you'll need to download the unpack tool from Bookshare. My
advice, put the BKS file on the BN and unpack it there!
