Hi Antonio,
Are your addresses in the Outlook Contact List?
If so, on the BrailleNote, make sure that under Utilities, Synchronization
Options, you have "Synchronize Contacts" set to yes.

Hi Joseph,
I have Keysinc but I never succeeded in synchronizing address list.
I put the address list checkbox to yes, but all I get is an empty text on
the BT.
I will try again.
Thanks anyway
Antonio

Antonio,
This is why you ned a software called KeySync. This allows you to
synchronize your Address List and Planner with your computer with Outlok
(so
you don't have to manipulate cdb files anymore0.

hi Joseph,
thank you for your tips. You must be a guru in this field !!
My problem though is to get a .txt out of my cdb, and then, once I have
manipulated the .txt with my pc, to convert the .txt into a .dcb file.
In fact I have a couple of thousands names and phone numbers in a text
file
and I would prefer avoiding typing them again into my address list.
Is this asking too much?
Best
Antonio

Antonio,
This is Joseph. CDB files are called Pocket Access files. At this
moment,
Pocket Access is not supported by keySoft, but there is a way to do it.
At
the Adress List (I'm assuming that you are using KeySoft 6.x) or
Database
Manager (again, I'm assuming that you are using KeySfot 7.x), select
copy
addresses. Select file when asked for the destination. Select the drive,
folder and the filename as usual, and your database will be copied over.

dear all,
when I try to copy and paste a cdb file my computer gets stuck and I
must
reboot.
My aim is to manipulate a cdb file using excell or similari software, in
order to import a text file into a cdb file.
Who knows more?
Antonio
