It would appear to me that Maurice basically said this list is for us to discuss the BrailleNote and related products among ourselves, and while Humanware staff will drop by now and then to see that things are going well, there is no guarantee that Humanware staff will read the list on a daily basis. So direct requests for tech support from Humanware should be made by telephone to tech support. At least this is how I interpreted Maurice's post. Oh my after shave and cologne, shaving soap etc from England arrived today, one day after I ordered it! So much for allowing a week for delivery.
