Hi Kandi:
Many times, when you are in E-mail, and get locked out for
whatever reason, and go back in immediately, you will get an
error 171, "unable to lock mail drop" message. For some reason,
your server sees you downloading E-mail. Generally, if I am
reading the mail and my machine stops, I'll do a plain reset,
though you'll still get the error 171 for a few minutes.
