What is the recalibration log and how is it important?

This is Joseph. I would recommend at least once a month. Or,
for the sake of
your benefit, it is best to do it when that direct message is
given. When
you recalibrate it, I recommend that you use f command. This
will insure
that the recalibration log will be saved on the none folder on
the Flash
Disk.
