Hi All,
I feel as if I have arrived. My internet and e-mail are both
working, due in large part to information I have received from
this list. Many thanks to those of you who have answered my
messages, at times within minutes.
I must say that the BN e-mail is more friendly than Eudora, and I
have been pretty happy with Eudora in the past. With the BN,
downloading is much faster for some reason. In Eudora, I was
getting many lines of "junk" at the beginning of each message
that was sent from a list. Here, I get directly to the beginning
of the message I am reading. I also like the way the information
is offered with the subject line being the first thing with
access to the sender and the date and such also available.
Now, though, I wonder if there is a way to move to an internet
link that is given in the body of an e-mail message. Pressing
enter on it does nothing. I tried copying it to the clipboard,
but the block menu was not available in the web brouser when at
the address prompt.
I also wonder why my typed message in the e-mail program is shown
in grade 1 braille rather than conversion to grade 2, my
preferred reading grade.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Joleen
