Hi Joleen:
First of all, I'll deal with your grade Two Messages, and hope this is what you are asking.
 1. Go into the File Manager.
 2. Press P for "protect".
3. When you see "protect file on which drive?" go to the Flash Drive. 4. Go to the Keymail Folder. The file you will be unprotecting is the file called "email folder". You may have to get to it by getting to the "list of files" prompt, and using Space with X, (Read with X). 5. Press Enter. You will see "protect or unprotect this file?" Press U to unprotect. 6. Go to Main Menu, and press W for KeyWord, and O to open a document. 7. Go to KeyMail Folder. Again, after pressing Enter, go to the "list of files" prompt, and do a Space with X, (read with X) to get to your "email folder". 8. Find the word "subject". Just before the word "subject" you will see "G0."
 9. Change the 0 to 2.
10. Make sure you go back to File Manager and protect your file again.

(Note: Qwerty Commands are in Parenthesis)
1. Place your cursor at the beginning of your web address that you have seen in an email.
 2. Press chord B (Ctrl B) for the block command.
 3. Press T for the top of block.
4. Press chord B (Ctrl B) and then B again for the bottom of block. 5. Press chord B (Ctrl B) then the letter C to copy to clipboard. 6. Press Backspace with Enter with I. (Hold down Function key while pressing the number 0.) 7. After seeing "Address"? press Backspace with V, (Ctrl with V. 8. Press Enter. After being asked for your configurations, press Enter. You'll be up on your web site.

Subject: [Braillenote] E-Mail is now Working! Help with imbedded
webaddresses

Hi All,

I feel as if I have arrived. My internet and e-mail are both
working, due in large part to information I have received from
this list. Many thanks to those of you who have answered my
messages, at times within minutes.

I must say that the BN e-mail is more friendly than Eudora, and I
have been pretty happy with Eudora in the past. With the BN,
downloading is much faster for some reason. In Eudora, I was
getting many lines of "junk" at the beginning of each message
that was sent from a list. Here, I get directly to the beginning
of the message I am reading. I also like the way the information
is offered with the subject line being the first thing with
access to the sender and the date and such also available.

Now, though, I wonder if there is a way to move to an internet
link that is given in the body of an e-mail message. Pressing
enter on it does nothing. I tried copying it to the clipboard,
but the block menu was not available in the web brouser when at
the address prompt.

I also wonder why my typed message in the e-mail program is shown
in grade 1 braille rather than conversion to grade 2, my
preferred reading grade.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Joleen
