Hello, List:
I would guess that if people are not comfortable cleaning their
Braille display, it is wise to send it in. My theory, according
to the manual, is that where it says you need to clean them once
a week is that I cannot afford to send in my unit that often. I
believe we all know that after one year, our units should go in
for cleaning. However, with dust, and all those things, Braille
displays are bound to get affected.
