I had a lot of trouble getting on to our wireless network at first. I suspected the network card was faulty, so sent it back to Humanware, who tested it and said it was okay and sent it back to me. But I'd got fed up waiting to hear from the guy who was dealing with it, and when I phoned I spoke to another guy, who said he'd send me another card to try, not knowing that my original one had been sent back to me. So I tried out both cards. In the end we discovered the original card must have had a problem, because when I switched to the new one everything worked fine. So the problem just might be your card. It could be something else, but if you know you've got all the settings right, and everything is as it should be, try another card, just in case. Eve
