Jose, you're trying too many things. First of all, you wouldn't
want to erase it from file manager. Is there a manual in your
KeySoft System disk? If none of that worked, go to Main Menu.
Press F for file. Press D for Directory. Press F for the Flash
Disk. Press Enter. Go to the Dictionary folder on your Flash
Disk. Press Enter. Press Space to get to the "list of files"
prompt. Press Space with X, probably twice, so that you see
"hidden" files. Go to the Keysoft.ksd file. Do not Enter.
Press Backspace with dots 14. Do a soft reset after confirming
you want to erase this file. All of your settings will go back
to default, so you'll have to adjust your rate, and things like
that.

the manual pressed reset. No luck. I erased the folder no luck.
I went to keyword menu to open a file and erased the folder
