Hi Rich and list,

I had this problem and found that I had incorrect or insufficient
information either in the connectivity menu settings or within the
keymail directory of services list.

So my off-the-cuff suggestion is to check that all fields are correct
in both menus e.g. if your braillenote email account is a secondary
account under a primary user's account, make sure the primary details
are in the connectivity menu and your specific braillenote details in
the keymail directory services list.

Hey all:
When ever I try to send a message with keymail I get an error that says

auththenication is required.
Any ideas?
I can how ever receive email.
