Gee! I guess I'm lucky. I've had my classic for 6 years, and the Braille display is like new. Last year, my employer got me an FS Focus 44 display, and I lost a cell in less than a year. Andy

As some of you know, when using my BN M-Power, I rely entirely on braille. I know some of you use both braille and speech. Logically, you don't use your braille display for reading and editing as much as I do. My point is that, with the BN Classic, I only had to ask for 1-cell replacemnt. That was done in 2005, when I sent the BN in for a "Transplant." I'm going to need to send the M-Power back, because several cells are missing dots. Has anyone else experienced a problem with the M-Power cells? (I admit to being surprised, because I understood these cells are supposedly better than the ones in the Classic.)
