Hello: Great advice on checking with the Lions. However, don't be disappointed if the club in your area isn't able to buy a BN for you. Different clubs have different amounts of money in their treasuries, depending on how successful they are raising money. You may need to do a bit of educating with the club, depending on how technology savvy they are.
Also, check to see if your state has a Lions Foundation. In Illinois, we have a Lions of Illinois Foundation and they have an endowment fund that they can use to help people buy equipment.
