[Braillenote] active sync question

Hi listk, I just got my mpower yesterday and i can make it sync with my pc viea 
usb cable.
The question i have and maybe someone can help me is, I select a file such as a 
game on my laptop for transfer to the bn, but how do i then transfer it from 
the laptop to the bn using active sync?
