You would obtain the user name, password, and phone number from your service 
provider. Or, you can also google it to acquire the information, which is 
what I personally did. If you or any other user has any further questions 
about the cell phone as a modem, you can email me off-list, as this is 
beginning to deviate and become off-topic.
