Rhonda,
The issue that I've mentioned is the fact that when I read
messages that were sent from clients like Outlook or from a QT
machine, and it happens with the body itself, not the subject.

Joseph, are you talking about subject lines not reading in grade
two for an email? You talked about a few things, but this is
what I found about messages in grade two for subject lines:
1. Go into the File Manager.
2. Press P for "protect".
3. When you see "protect file on which drive?" go to the Flash
Drive.
4. Go to the Keymail Folder. The file you will be unprotecting
is the file called "email folder".
5. Press Enter. You will see "protect or unprotect this file?"
Press U to unprotect.
6. Go to Main Menu, and press W for KeyWord, and O to open a
document.
7. Go to KeyMail.
8. Find the word "subject". Just before the word "subject" you
will see "G0."
9. Change the 0 to 2.
10. Make sure you go back to File Manager and protect your file
again.
I know this next part will sound funny, and many of you will say
it has nothing to do with it. Sometimes, going in to Options,
and pressing B, if you change the cursor shape to six, you read
in Grade Two. I know, I know, I can hear you tell me that has
nothing to do with it.> ----- Original Message -----

Subject: [BrailleNote] problem: User Guide, KeyMail and related
bugs
Dear list, especially Kate,
I have found some errors within the User
Guide with some bugs in KeyMail:
1. Some text in the User Guide is not
translated correctly, especially the new
sections that were added in KeySoft 7.2. The
dot that is inserted between section numbers
is not translated as dots 4-6, but it is
shown as dot 2.
2. When reading email messages sent from
clients other than KeyMail, the first time
you read a new message, the message is in
computer braille. This behavior is also
observed when reading a message that was sent
from a QT machine (as I've discovered with my
USB keyboard). The only solution that I've
found is to change the display mode to
reading before reading the message.
3. Under certain situations, when selecting
a folder to read a message, the folder name
is spoken. Also, sometimes, the folder name
is not spoken at all.
Thanks for your considerations.
