Hi Sharon:
From the Main Menu, go to Keyword. Open a document. Backspace
to get to the "drive" prompt, and go to your Keysoft System disk.
Space down to Manual. Press Backspace C. You'll be asked if
you're sure you want to erase. Press Y. Do a reset right there,
without going to Main Menu.

Subject: [Braillenote] Help lost user guide
Hi, I know this has been discussed before but I didn't keep the
message
thinking it would happen to me. I have just upgraded my PK to 7.2
and now I
can't access the index or table of contents of the user guide. If
I try and
access them it says can not find table of contents or can not
find index.
Now I don't know if I should upgrade my classic which I was
planning to do
tonight.
Please can anyone help?
