That error "10060" means that your machine has disconnected. Are
you ever able to receive emails with it?
I am able to download some emails and then, it will sit there,
and then I finally receive the "10060" message. This has
happened regularly since I started using these machines so, I'm
pretty used to it now, kind of annoying at times but for now,
this will do.
Are you using your machine wirelessly or on dial-up? If its
dial-up, it could be static in the phone line.
