Hello,
On a qt hit read with space and it will stop the speech and rout the cursor
to where you are. Hope this helps.

How do you do this on a QT?
I tried using the previous thumb key+space to toggle speech off but this
did not move the cursor to the desired postion. It placed me back at the
top of the file.

Press BACKSPACE+ENTER (BT). This stops speech and moves the
cursor to the position at which the speech is when it stops.
