No, I have no copies of the working situation.
I have deleted the account and re-created it again, but with no success.
Best

Hmmm!
It sounds as though it's time to clear out those accounts from the BN and
re-make them, unless you have coppies of those folders when the BN was
receiving mail correctly.

Hi Carol,
My ISP is not congestioned with mass email, because I get my messages
with my desk pc. Then I send a short email to my account and after 10
minutes I try to receive with Brailenote, and I get "no new messages".
I have a normal computer (desd computer) and evrything goes OK.
Until 3 or 4 months ago, before the summr, I could receive emaiils from
all my accounts OK.
Thanks for your help.
Antonio

Hi,
Do check your ISP. If they are suffering over-load then you may be the
victim of mass congestion here. Do you have a computer and, if so, does
your incoming mail come in OK with this? How long has this been going
on? Do you get some incoming mail that way?
Sorry for all the questions. Maybe I haven't kept up too well but we
all want to help if we can.

Hi,
the inconvenient is with incoming mail, not with outgoing mail.
Best and thanks for the tip

Antonio, I probably told you backwards. The smtp port which is set to
25 may need to be set to 587. Don't know why I said pop port. Good
luck.
