The cursor routing buttons are the little buttons above each individual
braille cell. Hope this helps.

Let us say that the display is like a monitor on a computer. Sighted
users can "click" anywhere on the screen with a mouse or a stylus.
Cursor routing buttons are like mouse buttons. If you press it, the
cursor will be highlighted.
