  There are two options here. The first is to open the pdf file on 
  a computer. Most PDF viewers have an option, somewhere, to save 
  the file as text.

  The second option is to email the file to [EMAIL PROTECTED] This 
  is a translation service by Adobe and will email you back with a 
  text version of your PDF file. I have never used it, so I do not 
  know how effective it is. (You can also use [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
  for the same thing, but an html file instead of text.)
