Isn't that what append to clipboard is? Just so the rest of you know In the block mode you have a way of inserting whole files. I saw that while teaching a new Braille Note user how to use the block and cut and paste setting in the Braille Note but you _can_ append things to the clipboard.

Stacy;
What is the append mode?
Terry Powers
I can not know if I would like it if I do not know what it is.

Hi Penny,
I use the m20 as well as the voicenote and I love the append
mode. That's the one thing that the voicenote doesn't have that
I wish we had.

I use both the millennium 20 and the BN. I work a good
deal
with insert mode going on the millennium, but Oh, when I want
anything written to go only at the end, that's so handy. It
means
there's no changing anything in the file before the last
character
without actually meaning to.

Hi, Rhonda,

Well, the old Braille Lites, etc. had a continuous overwrite
command. Sometimes that is handy just as I still want an append
mode.

Hello Flor:

I am not sure why an overwrite command would be used. You can
use
Ctrl comma to delete a character, and then put the right letter
back in. That's about the best way I know to do it.
