Dear list,
I have been having a problem with my BrailleNote ever since I got
it about 4 months ago. As you can tell from the subject it just
locks up and doesn't do anything. I have to reset the unit. I
am concerned about this because when I had my VoiceNote from my
school I only know of twice that it has done this. Someone said
that this happens when they listen to an online station and is
displayed the exception command. This doesn't happen to me. It
just locks up suddenly although I have had this happen when I am
trying to listen to an online radio station but it doesn't give
me the exception command, it just locks up and it only happens on
one or two streaming links so I have just avoided those. Any
suggestions?
