Some pages just automatically refresh. I'm sure their designers
think it's very cool, but it's enough to drive a reasonable
person mad. One of my favorites is
www.asfradio.com
Although I haven't yet been able to stream using it, it is great
for finding out what's playing, or coming up nexxt. Anyway, I
have found that, if I am in a place where there is only text, in
other words, not on a link, that when it is done refreshing, I'm
right where I left off. If I'm on a link, I am taken back to the
top. In the case of filling out a form, I've been able to do
that, just by paying attention to where I am when it refreshes. I
hope this helps a little, but you must understand that the whole
process is annoying! If there's a better way to handle pages like
these, I'd be delighted to learn it!
