Well put Joseph.
It is nice to hear a positive word or a word of happiness on this list.
Ever since 7.2 came out, this list has been a lot of gripes and
complaints. I enjoy a positive word once in a while. It also tells the
new people that there is a shining star in every cloud of darkness.
Your successes are welcome in moderation.

Stefan,
Sorry for the following post, but I have to
say something here:
As I've said a week ago, there are new and
potential BN users out there who are not
familiar with BN family of products. And
even some of us are not technically skilled
enough. As one of the list members put it,
"This is one of the valuable list for me to
learn more about BrailleNote family of
products." When some of us (experienced users
like Rhonda, James and me) received our
BrailleNotes, some of us asked basic
questions such as how to move with the
braille display, how to use spell checker,
etc. Some of us receive valuable and useful
information from many people on the list,
including Rhonda, James, Don, Richard Ring,
and other veterans (me included, but my
experty is technical information). Some of
us are reminded of things that we've forgot,
and MANY of us (I'm emphasizing this for
clarity) receive new and useful information
and tips that help us learn new things that
we did not know. That is the majority reason
why they are sending "thanks" messages.
I hope this information may clarify your
comments.
