Hi folks!
Word can't open a file which I have been working on on the Voice Note. I get
the message that an application has placed a lock on the file which will not
allow word to open it. I went in erased and re-created the ksd file in the
dictionary by going into the file manager selecting e for erase arrowing to
the dictionary folder and hitting k until I found the ksd file. I then
pressed the enter key and did a reset and theVoice Note cameup in the
factory defaults asking which Braille etc and still I can't access this
file.
Should I have done something else because I had this with the Braille Note
and I don't remember whether Tech support had me do something else or not.
