Have everything set as ms word format.
Then on the computer I arrowed up to ms word format.
It worked until I put it on the voicenote which as of necessity I had to do
as the Braille Note was gone for nearly 20 days.

How are you saving your document? Do you write it as dot rtf at first or
do you write it in Keyword, then save as dot rtf? Want to try to

Have you tried doing a reset? If a regular reset, the reset
button only doesn't clear the lock, try a 4-5-6 (J-K-L) reset or
an engineer's reset.
Sounds like the system has lost track of who is using the file.
