Guys this isn't that big of a deal I make a journal every month and we are
far enough from the beginning of the month that I can just leave the thing
in the Braille Note and not worry about it. it just was a curious thing
because it was doing this with the Braille Note in September, then I had
Sarah at tech support help me with this and then I sent in the Bn to be
fixed for not calibrating the battery and a connector was out and so I was
using the Voice note and we were having other problems with that machine and
this funny situation came up again. I was simply wondering after recreating
the ksd files in the dictionary folder whether i had forgotten to do
something.
Thanks for all your help but I will talk to the folks at tech support on
Monday and anyway the Braille Note is back now so hopefully we won't have
this problem next month. I like to move documents back and forth between
computers.
Again thanks again.

Are you sure it is really saved as a RTF? Perhaps it is really a Keyword
document still.

That is where it won't open is the computer. It does just fine on the bn.
Thanks.

Hi Mary Ellen:
Have you tried opening it up on the computer? I have had to do this,
and sometimes my computer will ask me what I want the computer to open it
with. Then I select the program for the computer to open it with; for
instance, like Microsoft word, note pad, word pad, ETC. Hope this helps
and good luck with taking care of the problem. Write us back and let us
know how you solve it.
Sincerely,
Jolena Foster,

Hi folks!
Per a lister, I saved my document in RTF to no avail. Word will not let
me open this file and we just will not even slightly touch upon what I
think of this upgrade We just won't go there.
