As for me, if there were no Braillenote, I'd still be in Des Moines. First, I do believe the product is overall a good one, but it is not in my opinion well supported and the repair team is atrocious. I know of four individuals who are clients of my agency who have sent their Bn's in on at least three occasions, and when they are returned, what was wrong when they were sent in is still wrong. One client I know received a Braillenote back with someone else's files on it. My Braillenote currently has a spacebar that is dying. However, if I send it to Humanware, I'll be without it for over four weeks, and I'm not sure I want to do that. To be fair, the competition doesn't do much better when it comes to repairs. But these were issues that the new president of Humanware promised to address, and based on experience, I can attest to the fact that he has not done so. We sent in a BN for a transplant at Humanware's direction four weeks ago, and it is still not here. Who knows, maybe we'll have it for Christmas?

I went on to say that I'd rather have this and fixes for the numerous "bugs" which seem to have been uncovered in this upgrade. I finished by saying we all still want to be #1 and we don't want those other guys to get ahead of us so let's rally round those hard working developers and engineers and cheer them on. Think where we'd be if there were no Braille Notes. I'm sorry about the horribly written last message.
