Tomi,
Go to Dictionaries folder on your Flash Disk. Look for the file called audiodata. Delete the file and immediately perform Warm Reset. Caution: you'll need to recreate the presets again.

Nope, erasing keysoft.ksd and doing all of
those resets did not work. I do not get why, since the chip in the notetaker could of not gotten damaged. I didn't drop my bn or anything. Just don't get it. if I use space with dot 6 it always says 0.2 fm stereo, and I can't move forward. space with dots 4 just says No stations found when there're about 5 stations that work with the bn right off the bat.
