Hi all, on starting ActiveSync 3.8 the following error message is displayed:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on
OK to terminate the application.

Am running XP Home SP2 with Jaws 7.1 and Norton security suite.
Does 3.8 support Bluetooth? MPower.
Any help appreciated thanks.
