Charge your battery to 100%, then remove the adapter and let it fully discharge. If you want to use the message about the battery driving you crazy, this will speed up the discharge. To eliminate the noise, I insert earphones. Then connect the adapter and recharge to 100% again. This information is in the index with all the different tests that can be done.
