I assume your MPower is working under the old software again.
Go to the utilities menu, press a for applications.
Select the keysoft disk as the drive, and then windows as the
directory or folder.
Press space for a list of files and hit the letter p and you will be close.
You will likely see the file called pegterm, if so, press p again
and you should see prepare sd card for upgrade.
This is the program you want to run to format your sd card correctly.
Be sure to copy the nk.bin file from your sd card to anywhere else
for safe keeping as reformatting the card will erase all data.
Have the sd card in the slot and run the program mentioned
above. You will be warned about loosing all data on the card which
is why you want to copy it
somewhere else first.
Once the process has completed successfully, copy the nk.bin file
back to the sd card and try the upgrade again.
